Interpretation

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

As all orders are custom, production lead time and processing time will be advised upon deposit payment. Usually, all orders and processed and completed within 30-40 days. This leadtime may vary.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Semic International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order if shipped under standard DAP incoterms. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

We use DAP as Our standard incoterms. Other terms can be discussed when placing an order for Goods.

Damages

Under DAP incoterms, Semic International is responsible for ensuring no damage to shipment until the named destination. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact Us as soon as possible to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If no evidence of damage is provided, then claim cannot be processed.

If You choose to use different incoterms, then responsibility of shipment should fall under the guidance of latest incoterms document.
