Product Assembly

Does your project require assembly before shipping? Let us know how your parts assemble and any other specific requirements, and we'll get them assembled. We can also perform function and fit checks, if required.

Quality Inspection

We stand by our quality — so you can too. Our parts follow strict inspection procedures during and after production. From dimensions and tolerances to appearance and functionality, we have specific inspection procedures for each part. If you require specific areas or details to be inspected, our team can follow your own custom inspection document.

Shipping & Fulfilment

Navigating the complex rules and procedures for shipping, can be a hassle. Leave it to us. We organise everything - packing, customs, freight and delivery - so your products arrive safely and on time. We've shipped everything from small boxes to 40ft High Cube containers.

2 - Factory Sourcing

Next, we match your project with the right factory. If we cant find the ideal factory in our established network of trusted manufacturers, we find a new one. We evaluate capabilities, check production and quality standards, and review past work to find the ideal production partner. You benefit from our local knowledge, strong relationships, and ability to negotiate competitive pricing — all without compromising on quality.

3 - Manufacturing

Once everything’s approved, production kicks off. We stay hands-on throughout the entire process, checking the parts, managing the suppliers and ensuring everything stays on schedule. We check the products are manufactured to your exact specs.

4 - Inspection

Quality control is built into every stage, but before anything ships, we carry out a full inspection. Our team checks key dimensions, surface finishes, fit, and function, following your drawings and quality standards precisely. If something’s off, we catch it early — and work with the factory to make it right.

5 - Shipment

Finally, we can arrange delivery from the factory to your door. We’re able to handle all the logistics: packaging, export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination. We can arrange air freight, sea freight, rail or road freight, subject to your delivery location.
