An Outline of Our Process
Different projects require different approaches – We follow a framework of steps to take your project through from development to production.
1. Submit Your Requirements
Send us your drawings, CAD files, and any specific details related to your project. If any additional manufacturing steps are needed, such as post-processing, assembly etc., then be sure to let us know.
2. Engineering Review
Our team will review your designs in collaboration with our manufacturing partners to ensure everything is ready for production. If any modifications are required, we’ll inform you and get your approval before proceeding.
3. Confirm Manufacturing Details
Once the designs are approved, we’ll finalise each step in the manufacturing process with you and share the estimated lead time for production.
4. Production
After the first article samples are approved, we'll start production. During this stage, we’ll conduct onsite visits to the manufacturing facility to monitor progress and perform quality checks.
5. Quality Inspection
Quality inspections are carried out both during and after production, following an agreed inspection process. We’ll share the results with you and confirm how to handle any non-conforming parts.
6. Shipping & Fulfilment
Your products are packaged and prepared for shipment. Our team can assist in arranging delivery to your location via various transportation methods e.g courier, airfreight or sea-freight.
